HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY.

  1. Any solvent and sound minded major citizen of India residing in National Capital Territory of Delhi is eligible for membership in the society.
  2. Interested person may apply for membership on the prescribed Application Form available in the office of the society on payment of prescribed fee.
  3. Application form must be filled in and signed without any overwriting and Corrections/cuttings.
    1. Personal Identitiy proof (Aadhar, Voter Identity Card, PAN card and Pass book of Bank A/c.)
    2. Residential Proof (Water/Electricity Bill together with the title documents of owned residential property / NOC cum undertaking from Land Lord accompanied with title documents of property and his /her personal identity proof.)
    3. Business Proof (Service Identitiy card / Documentary Evidence of other Business / Profession )
    4. Income Proof (Salary Slip / Certificate from employer or Income Tax Return as applicable or any other documentary evidence)
    5. Latest / Recent 4 Passport Size Photographs must be affixed on the appropriate place on the application form and KYC form.
    6. Reference / Introducer must sign and fill his details at the appropriate coloumn specified for the purpose.
    7. To Avail membership, should not be member of any other Co-operative societies / Banks.
  4. Rs.2500/- is prescribed fees (one time) break up below :-

    2. Compulsory Deposit - Rs. 100/-
    3. Building Fund - Rs. 200/- (Non-Refundable)
    4. File Charges - Rs. 150/- (Non-Refundable)
    5 Admission Charges - Rs. 50/- (Non-Refundable)
    6. Welfare Fund - Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable)
    7. Total- Rs.2500/-
    8. Any other document may required as per circumstances.

    Note: Self Attested Photocopies of All required documentary evidences must be annexed with the application form and original must be produced for verification only.
